Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship within South Africa.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery time will be between 48 - 96 hours (depending on delivery address) from time of payment
confirmation.
What courier company do you use?
The Courier Guy and MDS Collivery
What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery via courier on orders over R1000 for full price merchandise, alternatively a standard delivery
charge of R100 per delivery will be charged.
Delivery on sale items will incur a R100 delivery charge.
Delivery only in South Africa to main lying areas – high risk areas will incur a surcharge.
Can I return my product?
Tambeau has a 7 day return policy.
The customer has 7 days from time of delivery to contact Tambeau via electronic mail to
tamsin@tambeau.co.za that they wish to return the order.
Tambeau will arrange for collection of the item/items at the customer's expense. All items returned must be
unused, undamaged and in their original and undamaged packaging with all original labels attached (if this is
not the case, your refund will be rejected).
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
There is a defect with my item, what can I do?
In the event that an item is being returned as a result of a factory defect, Tambeau will refund to the customer
the return costs together with the purchase price of the defective item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
