SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY IN SOUTH AFRICA ONLY.

DELIVERY TO MAINLYING AREAS - HIGH RISK DELIVERY AREAS WILL INCUR A SURCHARGE.

 

Free delivery via courier on orders over R1000 for full price merchandise, alternatively a standard delivery charge of R100 per delivery will be charged 

Delivery on sale items will incur a R100 delivery charge.

Delivery only in South Africa to main lying areas – high risk areas will incur a surcharge 
Delivery time will be between 48 – 96 hours (depending on delivery address) from time of payment 
confirmation. 

Full delivery address details and contact details are required for the courier – no P.O. Box address is acceptable


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

TAMBEAU HAS A 7  DAY RETURN POLICY.

The customer has 7 working days from time of delivery to contact Tambeau via electronic mail to 
tamsin@tambeau.co.za that they wish to return the order.  
Tambeau will arrange for a FREE collection of the item/items. All items returned must be unused, undamaged 
and in their original and undamaged packaging with all original labels attached (if this is not the case, your 
refund will be rejected). 

If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or 
exchange. ​In the event that an item is being returned as a result of a factory defect, Tambeau will refund to the customer 
the purchase price and delivery cost (if applicable) of the defective item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have 
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. ​
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to 
your method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
